The Vulcan VCRH24-1 Commercial Gas Hot Plate offers efficient cooking with its 4 burners, delivering a total of 100,000 BTU/hr. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability while maintaining cleanliness. With a 13" cooking height on 4" legs, it provides ergonomic use. Equipped with lift-off heads and cast iron top grates, it distributes heat effectively. Each burner is controlled by an infinite heat control valve, and the unit features a standing pilot ignition system. Certified by CSA and NSF, it includes a ¾" rear gas connection with a convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service. Approximate shipping weight: 207 lbs/93 kg.
