Availability
In-stock items generally ship in 1-2 business days. For items shipping from the manufacturer, estimated processing times are listed on the item’s page. If we do not have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, we will send you an email notification within 24 business hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please respond to that email so that our team can work on a solution for you.
Cancellation by Kitchen Pro Equipment
We reserve the right to cancel any order, refund, credit, or reshipment at our discretion without notice. Kitchen Pro Equipment also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and terminate your rights to use Kitchen Pro Equipment's website, mobile website, or mobile application services (“Services”). If we do so, we will not provide any type of reimbursement for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates our policies or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Kitchen Pro Equipment Services, or is harmful to our interests or another user.
Cancelling an Order
Similarly, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation and/or restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of cancelling the items and/or processing the items back into stock. This fee could be up to 50% of the item(s)’ cost. Customized products are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.
Installation Location
The installation service will be provided by a Kitchen Pro Equipment-certified service partner, and is available throughout the United States to commercial locations only. Installation is only available for new or replacement units at existing facilities. We are unable to complete installation in mobile food trucks and residences.
Installation Time
Installation fees are subject to change based on information provided in the Installation Service Survey, and the assumption that installation will occur during normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Kitchen Pro Equipment will contact you once your order has been placed to finalize your installation service price. Installation services may also add approximately 5-7 business days to the estimated delivery time-frame provided during checkout.
Modifying an Order
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Product Warranty
Some products offered by Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. When available, warranty details can typically be found within the product description or as a downloadable document directly on the product page. All manufacturer warranties are governed strictly by the terms and procedures established by the individual manufacturer. Because warranty coverage and conditions differ between manufacturers, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to confirm warranty specifics prior to placing your order.
Unless a warranty has been purchased directly from Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment or a manufacturer’s warranty is explicitly indicated on the product page, Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment makes no additional warranties of any kind—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or warranties arising from course of performance, dealing, or trade usage.
If you incorporate a product purchased from us into a separate item or system that you manufacture or assemble, you assume full responsibility and liability for the final product. Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment will not be held liable for any aspect of a product’s performance or safety once it has been integrated into another product.
This disclaimer does not override or limit any rights or warranties that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment, along with its affiliates, partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, service providers, or licensors, shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or related to the use—or inability to use—any product or related service. This includes, without limitation, any errors, delays, malfunctions, inaccuracies, or omissions.
This limitation covers all types of damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Food spoilage or product loss
- Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Business interruption or anticipated savings
- Reputational harm or loss of goodwill
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted—whether based on negligence, contract breach, strict liability, or any other theory—even if Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply in full. In such cases, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
