This signifies that any defects, damages, or issues that may arise while using the equipment in a residential context will be entirely your responsibility.

2. Responsibility: It is your full responsibility to ensure the proper and secure use of Kitchen Pro Equipment's commercial appliances within your residential premises. This responsibility encompasses adherence to all user manuals, safety instructions, and maintenance recommendations that accompany the equipment.

3. Assumption of Risks: You concede that the utilization of commercial appliances in a residential setting may entail particular risks, including, but not limited to, heightened wear and tear, potential equipment damage, and concerns regarding personal safety. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. No Liability: Kitchen Pro Equipment will not be held accountable for any resulting damages, losses, injuries, or expenditures stemming from the use of our commercial appliances in a residential setting. This encompasses repair or replacement costs, personal harm, or property damage.

5. Warranty Eligibility: Should you intend to employ our equipment within a commercial or professional context, we urge you to get in touch with our customer service department to explore warranty options tailored to your requirements.

6. Compliance: You agree to adhere to all pertinent local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits relating to the utilization of commercial appliances in a residential environment. Noncompliance may lead to legal repercussions.

Curb Side Delivery:

Kitchen Pro Restaurant Equipment

All equipment purchased through our Kitchen Pro Equipment website will be delivered via curb side delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is safely transported and brought inside their premises. If you require additional assistance with delivery or installation, please contact our customer service team for available options and associated costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Availability
In-stock items generally ship in 1-2 business days. For items shipping from the manufacturer, estimated processing times are listed on the item’s page. If we do not have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, we will send you an email notification within 24 business hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please respond to that email so that our team can work on a solution for you.

Cancellation by Kitchen Pro Equipment
We reserve the right to cancel any order, refund, credit, or reshipment at our discretion without notice. Kitchen Pro Equipment also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and terminate your rights to use Kitchen Pro Equipment's website, mobile website, or mobile application services (“Services”). If we do so, we will not provide any type of reimbursement for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates our policies or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Kitchen Pro Equipment Services, or is harmful to our interests or another user.

Cancelling an Order
Similarly, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation and/or restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of cancelling the items and/or processing the items back into stock. This fee could be up to 50% of the item(s)’ cost. Customized products are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.

Installation Location
The installation service will be provided by a Kitchen Pro Equipment-certified service partner, and is available throughout the United States to commercial locations only. Installation is only available for new or replacement units at existing facilities. We are unable to complete installation in mobile food trucks and residences.

Installation Time
Installation fees are subject to change based on information provided in the Installation Service Survey, and the assumption that installation will occur during normal business hours of Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Kitchen Pro Equipment will contact you once your order has been placed to finalize your installation service price. Installation services may also add approximately 5-7 business days to the estimated delivery time-frame provided during checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
