The Migali® C-SP36-15BT Sandwich Prep Table is designed to efficiently store and prep sandwich and salad ingredients. Featuring a robust forced air refrigeration system, it ensures uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet and under the pan rail. The digital controller and temperature read-out offer precise temperature control for improved performance and energy efficiency.
With a polished stainless steel exterior and interior, ergonomic rounded corners, and recessed door handles, this prep table is as functional as it is eye-catching. It accommodates up to 15 1/6 size pans (not included) and comes with a 9-1/4" deep cutting board, providing ample space for food prep.
Equipped with two solid hinged doors, two adjustable shelves, and pre-installed casters, this model offers mobility and easy access. The 90° hold-open feature ensures smooth loading, and the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant guarantees an eco-friendly, energy-efficient operation.
