The Migali® C-PP93 Pizza Prep Table is ideal for storing and prepping pizza and sandwich ingredients. Featuring a robust forced air refrigeration system, it ensures uniform temperatures throughout the 20 cu. ft. interior and under the pan rail. The digital controller provides precise temperature control, while the high-quality design offers both performance and energy efficiency.
The sleek, polished stainless steel exterior and interior, along with ergonomic rounded corners and recessed drawer handles, make the C-PP93 both functional and visually appealing. It comes with three adjustable shelves, with an optional bun rack for 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" hotel pans.
This prep table includes a 19.5" deep cutting board, pre-installed casters, and shelving for easy mobility and organization. With a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F, the C-PP93 ensures reliability and energy savings, using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It is also backed by a 2-year parts and labor warranty, with a 5-year compressor warranty.
