This countertop convection oven is equipped with digital programmable controls that enable precise temperature adjustments within a range of 86 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The 16-hour timer allows for flexible cooking schedules, and the unit comes pre-programmed with 99 options, each offering three cooking cycles per program. Safety is a top priority with the inclusion of a micro safety switch that prevents the oven from running when the door is open.
