The Arctic Air ARCB48 is a versatile and space-saving solution for your commercial kitchen. This 50" two-drawer refrigerated chef base offers efficient storage for your prepared foods and ingredients, keeping them conveniently within reach. Each drawer features a durable stainless steel front and an easily removable magnetic snap-in gasket, ensuring an airtight seal and facilitating hassle-free cleaning.
Built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen, the unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, along with a matching aluminum back for added durability and easy maintenance. The insulated stainless steel top acts as a protective barrier against heat transfer from equipment placed on it and features a marine edge to contain spills and simplify cleanup.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system, powered by a 1/3 hp compressor, maintains a safe temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronic thermostat with an external LED display allows you to set and monitor the temperature effortlessly. For easy maintenance, the front-accessible condensing unit ensures the refrigeration system operates smoothly. With four casters, this chef base can be conveniently moved away from the wall for thorough cleaning. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
