The refrigerated cabinet below the prep area offers extra storage space for additional toppings and other items, with self-closing doors that feature a stay-open feature when opened past 90 degrees.
The exterior of the unit is constructed with a full stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and resistance to wear and tear in a demanding kitchen environment. The interior boasts a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor, complete with coved corners for easy cleaning and maintenance.
