The lower refrigerated storage area provides ample space for storing backup ingredients or other kitchen essentials. Inside, you'll find a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor, ensuring insulation and simplifying cleaning. The two-door construction is self-closing and can remain open at 90 degrees for convenient access. Additionally, a 48" long, 9" deep cutting board offers a spacious work area for various prep tasks, from dicing tomatoes to assembling and slicing sandwiches, and it's easy to remove for cleaning when needed.
This prep table is built with a 1/2 hp compressor and uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant for cooling. Its stainless steel construction ensures natural rust and corrosion resistance, and it comes with four casters for easy mobility, with two of them featuring locking mechanisms for secure and stationary use. An electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display allows precise temperature control, maintaining a safe temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit to keep all refrigerated products fresh and ready for consumption.
