The Wells HDTG-6030G gas griddle boasts five separate sections, providing cooking flexibility with different heat levels for versatile operations. Each section features a thermostat control knob for precise temperature settings, making it ideal for both experienced and less experienced cooks. The control valves are separate for individual sections, and adjustable air shutters ensure optimized combustion. This gas griddle operates on natural gas, and it can be converted to LP gas if needed.
With a 3/4-inch thick plate, the Wells HDTG-6030G commercial griddle rapidly heats up and recovers temperatures when cooking. A built-in splashguard surrounding the plate captures debris, simplifying the cleaning process. Crafted from stainless steel, this unit is resistant to rust and built to withstand heavy use. It is raised off the countertop by 4-inch steel legs, providing stability and ease of maintenance.
