It utilizes a thermostatic heat setting, allowing you to select specific temperatures. Adjustable air shutters ensure optimal combustion. The 0.75" thick, 35-inch wide griddle plate heats up quickly, although it doesn't retain heat as long as thicker plates. Splashguards capture splatter and debris, maintaining cleanliness. Constructed from stainless steel, the griddle body is durable and resistant to rust, dents, and scratches.
