The Wells HDG-6030G commercial griddle is a versatile and efficient cooking solution that operates on natural gas. It also comes with an LP gas conversion kit, offering flexibility to accommodate different gas types. With five separate cooking sections, this griddle allows operators to simultaneously cook various products on each area. Heat control is made easy with manual knobs located on the front, providing users with the ability to adjust heat levels for each section, although specific temperature settings are not available.
The griddle features a 3⁄4-inch-thick plate, offering quick heat conductivity while retaining heat effectively. A splashguard surrounds the plate on three sides, containing splatter and food debris.
