Constructed with heavy-duty 20-gauge polished stainless steel, it ensures durability and cleanliness. Equipped with a full-size glass door with reversible heavy-duty hinges, it provides easy access. The cabinet features fixed interior pan supports for transporting and removable for cleaning. Its top-mounted control panel includes power and heater indicator lights, along with an adjustable dial thermostat from ambient to 190°F. With a fan and air tunnel, it ensures even heat distribution. The cabinet operates on a 120-volt, single-phase power supply, with two 1,000-watt metal sheathed heating elements. It comes with an 8-foot power cord and NEMA 5-20 plug for easy installation.
