With six 28,000 BTU/hr. cast top burners and one shrouded flash tube pilot for every two burners, it guarantees efficient cooking. The 12" x 12" cast top grates with aeration bowls and heavy-duty top grates enhance performance. Additionally, the 3/4" thick x 24"w manual griddle delivers 30,000 BTU/hr. The compression spring door hinge system ensures durability.
