Introducing the Vulcan Model No. 36S-6BN, a 36" natural gas restaurant range designed for durability and efficiency. Its fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame provides robust support. The stainless steel front, sides, backriser, high shelf, and 6" adjustable legs contribute to its durability and cleanliness.
Equipped with six 30,000 BTU/hr. open top burners featuring an energy-saving flash tube open burner ignition system. Heavy-duty cast grates with easy lift-off design accommodate stock pots or large pans effectively. Burner knobs remain cool to the touch due to high-temperature material.
The range includes a single oven with a standard bakers depth, generating 35,000 BTU/hr. The oven features a porcelain bottom and door panel, with a thermostat adjustable from 250°F to 500°F, including a low setting. The oven door is heavy-duty with an integrated hinge/spring mechanism, requiring no adjustment. The exterior dimensions are 34"d x 36"w x 58"h on 6" adjustable legs. With a total input of 215,000 BTU/hr., this gas range ensures efficiency and reliability for your kitchen.
