The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-SL Super Deluxe prep table is built with stainless steel, making it resistant to dents and rust. Its high-density polyurethane foam insulation provides structural integrity and helps maintain temperatures. With three doors, recessed handles, and three stainless steel shelves, it offers ample storage for your products, all kept at a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
The interior is well-lit by LED lights, and a thoughtful energy-saving feature turns off the fans when a door is open. For mobility and convenience, it has four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters, two of which are equipped with locks for safety. The forced-air system ensures the top food pan storage area remains at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
This prep table comes complete with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans and has a self-cleaning condenser to minimize dust and extend its life. The two removable hoods and clear lid slide back easily to access ingredients, and it includes a 9 1/2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board for crafting sandwiches and salads.
