The Turbo Air TST-72SD-08S-N refrigerated prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. With 19 cubic feet of interior space, it provides ample storage. The interior features two shelves made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the unit's durable stainless steel construction ensures a long service life.
To maintain cold temperatures, the prep table is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser that automatically removes dust, preventing buildup. The fan automatically shuts off when one of the doors is open, preventing warm air from entering the cabinet. The high-density polyurethane insulation further enhances chill retention.
