The Turbo Air TST-60SD-N prep table offers a convenient assembly area with 16 sixth-size pans for salads and sandwiches. The forced-air cooling system keeps each side of the pans under 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while an insulated pan cover safeguards ingredients from contamination. A 91⁄2-inch-deep cutting board at the front of the unit provides ample space for prep work.
To store additional ingredients, the prep table includes a cabinet base with two stainless steel shelves and LED lights for improved visibility. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintains cold temperatures and adds structural integrity. The self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.
