The Turbo Air TST-60SD-D4-N Super Deluxe prep table ensures your ingredients stay fresh and safe with precise temperature control between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Its evaporator is corrosion-resistant, while the top compartment includes 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans under an insulated cover. A forced-air cooling system circulates cold air around the pans, maintaining temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built to last, this prep table is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. It features a full-length cutting board for convenient food preparation and chopping. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps the interior cool. Digital controls and a temperature display allow easy monitoring. With 4-inch swivel casters for mobility, the front set has locks for stability during use.
