Its 1/2 hp compressor runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, with high-density CFC-free insulation to maintain consistent temperatures. The innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system ensure reliable temperature control, while the self-cleaning condenser prevents dust build-up and reduces maintenance calls.
This unit provides ample workspace and storage with a 9 1/2" wide cutting board, 1 stainless steel shelf, and a 2-drawer, 1-door design. It comes with 16 standard 4" deep (1/6 size) condiment food pans for organized ingredient storage. Plus, the stainless steel construction offers durability and easy cleaning.
Turbo Air includes a caster package for mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
