An insulated cover shields the pans from contaminants, and the spacious 19¼-inch-deep cutting board provides a convenient workspace for pizza assembly.
Crafted with durability in mind, both the interior and exterior of this prep table are constructed from stainless steel, offering resistance to rust, dents, and scratches. The cabinet base shelves are also stainless steel, making cleanup a breeze. The side-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration system ensures a consistent temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, with the assistance of eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
