The unit features solid, insulated doors with aluminum lining and secure locks to protect its contents. Its exterior is constructed from robust, dent-resistant stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
Inside, the prep table is equipped with sturdy steel shelves to help keep the interior well-organized. The interior itself is made of stainless steel, complemented by a galvanized bottom. One outstanding feature is the self-cleaning condenser, which prevents clogs and dust buildup, extending the condenser's lifespan. The rear-mounted compressor utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, contributing to environmental sustainability. The cold bunker system ensures efficient air circulation around the sides and bottom of food pans, maintaining cold temperatures even when the lid is open.
