The Turbo Air PST-28-N sandwich prep table offers ample food preparation space with a convenient side rail and a 91⁄2-inch deep cutting board. It accommodates eight food pans on top, and additional ingredients can be stored on the single shelf in the refrigerated base. This unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, with adjustable digital controls and a monitoring readout.
Featuring 7 cubic feet of interior space and one section, the Turbo Air PST-28-N salad prep table ensures product freshness. The swing door provides easy access to the cabinet and includes a lock for security during off-hours. The door is equipped with an aluminum liner to resist corrosion, and the stainless steel construction guarantees durability for high-volume use. This unit is designed for convenient side installation against a wall.
