The Turbo Air PST-28-12-N sandwich prep table offers efficient cooling with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Its self-contained refrigeration system is easily accessible for maintenance. Digital temperature controls allow for precise adjustments between 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, and a monitoring system keeps you informed. The cabinet is well-insulated with polyurethane to prevent temperature loss.
This salad prep table features interior LED lighting for easy ingredient access. It accommodates 12 ingredient pans on top and includes a 91⁄2-inch cutting board for food preparation. The single door provides cabinet access with one storage shelf. For security, the door is lockable at night.
