The Turbo Air PRO-77F-N, part of the Premiere Pro Series, offers 66.5 cu ft of space and precise digital temperature controls for food safety. Its stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and ease of cleaning. With nine adjustable stainless steel shelves, accommodating changing ingredients is a breeze.
Interior LED lighting enhances visibility, while the door design includes locks and eliminates vacuum pressure for easy, instant access. The self-cleaning condenser system, moving a brush across the condenser's surface 2-3 times daily, reduces maintenance needs and prevents dust buildup on the coils. This boosts energy efficiency and reduces compressor stress.
The top-mounted 1 hp compressor maximizes storage space and is less prone to dust clogging than bottom-mounted models. It operates on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with a low environmental impact. High-density polyurethane insulation helps maintain consistent temperatures. The unit comes with 4" casters for mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection.
