The Turbo Air JURF-72-N undercounter refrigerator/freezer offers a versatile solution with two refrigerator sections and one freezer section. Each section features a polyethylene-coated wire shelf for product storage. The interior is constructed from aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and resistance to corrosion. The exterior is made from galvanized and stainless steel for durability. Additionally, the top of the unit provides space for food prep equipment.
The refrigeration system, side-mounted for accessibility during maintenance, uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures. The refrigerator section maintains a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer section keeps items at -10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit is equipped with a hot gas condensate system to prevent water overflow.
