It offers a 9 1/2" polyethylene cutting board, three adjustable wire shelves, and (18) 1/6 size condiment food pans. The innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system maintain consistent temperature control and resist corrosion. Constructed with stainless steel, this unit is durable, and the swing doors have magnetic gaskets for a proper seal.
The cabinet is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane, and the 1/3 hp compressor uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Maintenance is easy with the included grill and condenser cleaning brush kit. Turbo Air provides a package of 4" swivel casters for mobility, and the unit operates on a 115V electrical connection.
