The Turbo Air EST-36-15-N6 E-line mega top refrigerated salad prep table is the ideal addition to your cafe, diner, or restaurant. With its durable and easy-to-clean design, including an aluminum exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, stainless steel floor, and aluminum interior, this prep table ensures longevity.
The mega top design accommodates (15) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans that come included, allowing you to serve freshly-made salads and sandwiches immediately. The Cold Air Compartment technology maintains even temperatures for longer food freshness.
A 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board spans the length of the unit, offering ample prep space. The refrigerated base features high-density polyurethane insulation and two adjustable, heavy-duty shelves, providing a storage solution for additional ingredients.
This refrigerator maintains temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping food fresh and safe. Operating on eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant, it's environmentally responsible with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3.
