The True TUC-27F-D-2-HC undercounter freezer is designed to save space in compact kitchens. Measuring 27 5/8" wide, 31 1/8" deep, and 36" tall, it's equipped with 5-inch-diameter castors for easy mobility when repositioning or performing maintenance. Its durable construction includes stainless steel for the front, top, drawers, and ends, while the back features GalFan-coated steel for corrosion resistance.
The unit features two drawers with heavy-duty stainless steel slides and rollers for smooth operation. Removable magnetic gaskets ensure a secure seal for each drawer, which can hold one full-size food pan or adapt to various pan sizes using divider bars (sold separately).
The self-contained freezer system maintains a -10°F drawer temperature, keeping frozen foods safe. High-density polyurethane insulation minimizes temperature fluctuations, and electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors enhance reliability and energy efficiency. An automatic defrost cycle can be set to streamline maintenance and prevent ice buildup.
