Description
Description
The True TSSU-72-18M-B-ADA-HC food prep table ensures consistent temperatures in both the cabinet base and pan compartment with its forced-air refrigeration system. It allows temperature settings between 33-41°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through self-contained capillary tubes. This unit features a fan design with large blades and a sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor for efficient airflow, with easy service access thanks to the sliding condenser. ADA-compliant at 34" work surface height, it includes 18 sixth-size, 4" deep pans in the pan area, with the option for 6" deep pans. The polyethylene cutting board is removable for easy prep and cleaning. The unit's 20-second reversing compressor fan function helps maintain efficiency and reduces energy consumption, although regular maintenance and cleaning are still recommended.
