True's TSSU-72-18-HC sandwich prep table is designed for efficiency and convenience in various foodservice settings. It comes with (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans but can also accommodate 6" deep pans. The unit features a 1/2 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33-40°F. It's easy to clean with a removable 11 3/4" deep cutting board and self-closing doors with recessed handles. Six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves offer organization, and 5" stem casters provide mobility. This commercial-grade prep table is constructed with stainless steel, GalFan-coated steel, and has an aluminum interior with foamed-in-place insulation for optimal performance. A 115V electrical connection is required.
