Description
Description
The True TSSU-72-16-ADA-HC food prep table is perfect for salad and sandwich assembly. It features a removable 113⁄4-inch-deep cutting board made of high-density polyethylene for easy cleanup and a sturdy prep area. The unit comes with 16 clear polycarbonate pans in the countertop prep area, and it can accommodate 6-inch-deep food pans if needed. An insulated hood and lid assembly maintains cold air inside, preserving freshness and preventing condensation.
Its exterior is constructed with stainless steel on the front, top, and ends, and the steel back is coated with corrosion-resistant GalFan. The interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum, featuring a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. Coved interior floor corners prevent debris buildup. The condenser self-cleans by reversing the fan motor for 20 seconds upon startup, ensuring efficient operation, optimal temperatures, and reduced energy consumption. However, regular maintenance is still recommended to keep the unit in top condition.
