The True TSSU-27-12M-B-ADA-HC is a versatile refrigerated sandwich prep table designed to enhance productivity in modern kitchens. It features a mega top design that accommodates extra ingredient pans, enhancing efficiency. With a spacious 8 7/8" deep, full-length polyethylene cutting board that's easily removable for cleaning, it offers ample prep space. The refrigerated pan rail includes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans, all 4" deep, for your most frequently used ingredients. Additionally, it comes with two heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organizing other items within the refrigerated cabinet.
The unit's durability is ensured by its stainless steel exterior and GalFan coated steel back, providing extra resistance to corrosion. The clear-coated aluminum interior, combined with the stainless steel floor featuring coved corners, simplifies the cleaning process. Other notable features include a self-closing right-hinged door with a 90-degree stay-open feature, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for optimal temperature retention, and a robust 1/5 hp compressor that uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant with an ODP of 0 and a GWP of 3. With (4) 3" casters, it achieves an ADA-Compliant work surface height of 34". This unit operates on a 115V electrical connection.
