The True TSSU-27-08-ADA-HC is a versatile addition to any modern kitchen. With its specially designed frame and ADA Compliant 34" high work surface, it's both practical and convenient. The unit features an 11 3/4" deep, full-length polyethylene cutting board that's easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan rail comes with (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, making ingredient organization a breeze. Additionally, two heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves provide extra storage in the refrigerated cabinet.
Powered by a 1/5 hp compressor running on environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant, it ensures efficient cooling with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The stainless steel exterior offers durability, while the clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor with coved corners simplify cleaning. The self-closing door includes a 90-degree stay-open feature for easy loading and unloading. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation optimizes temperature retention. Equipped with 3" casters, this unit is easy to move. It operates with a standard 115V electrical connection.
