The True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-ADA-HC dual-sided sandwich and salad prep table utilizes an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its capillary tube refrigeration system. Maintenance is made easy with a slide-out condensing unit accessible from the back. The self-lubricating fan motor and large fan blades ensure efficient airflow, maintaining a temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
A reverse condensing fan motor operates for 20 seconds after the compressor starts, keeping the condensing coil clean and improving unit efficiency. Regular maintenance further enhances its performance, ensuring cold product storage while reducing energy consumption.
This prep table complies with ADA guidelines, featuring a 34-inch working height and polyethylene cutting boards on both sides for efficiency. In the middle, 16 clear polycarbonate pans drop into the top to organize ingredients, with removable lids for easy access. The refrigerated base offers additional storage, with corrosion-resistant PVC-coated shelves and a stainless steel floor with coved corners that prevent dirt and debris buildup. Shelves can be removed, and doors can stay open at 90 degrees for easy cleaning and stocking.
