Description
Description
The True TSSU-60-12M-B-ADA-HC is a versatile food prep table designed for commercial kitchens. It features a full-length polyethylene cutting board and comes with 12 clear polycarbonate food pans, all easily accessible for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. ADA compliant with a 34-inch-high work surface and equipped with 3-inch castors, this table is easy to move around.
Constructed with stainless steel and clear aluminum lining, it's durable and easy to clean. Inside, the stainless steel floor has coved corners to prevent debris buildup, and shelves help with organization. It maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit with even cooling, thanks to fans and sealed motors. The reverse condensing fan motor clears the condensing coil, reducing energy consumption and improving product temperatures.
