The True TSSU-60-10-ADA-HC refrigerated sandwich prep table is designed for streamlined salad and sandwich preparation. It features a 11 3/4" deep cutting board, (10) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans, and four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for ingredient organization. Operating at temperatures between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit is powered by a 1/3 hp compressor running on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. High-density Ecomate insulation ensures temperature retention. The unit has an insulated stainless steel hood and lid for food pan storage. It's constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, making it ideal for long-lasting sandwich and salad assembly. The ADA-Compliant design has an overall work surface height of 34", accommodating all employees. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
