It features an 11 3/4" deep removable cutting board for all your prep needs and comes with 8 clear polycarbonate food pans that are 1/6 size and 4" deep. You can also use 6" deep food pans for additional storage. The refrigerator maintains temperatures between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, powered by a 1/3 hp compressor that uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant with low ozone depletion and global warming potential.
High-density Ecomate insulation keeps the cold air in and warm air out. The unit is mobile with 4 castors. It features an insulated stainless steel lid to keep your ingredients fresh and sanitary when not in use, and the lid is easy to remove for cleaning. The prep table is built for durability with a stainless steel front, top, and ends. It operates on a 115V electrical connection and ensures years of efficient sandwich and salad assembly.
