Upgrade your kitchen with the True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC refrigerated sandwich prep table, ideal for various settings from universities to sub shops. It includes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size, 4" deep food pans and can accommodate 6" deep food pans (sold separately). A removable foam-insulated stainless steel lid keeps ingredients fresh. The unit features an 8 7/8" deep full-length cutting board, two adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, and a self-closing door with stay-open capability. (4) 5" stem casters provide mobility, with 2 locking. The prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Built to last, it has a stainless steel exterior, clear-coated aluminum interior, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Operates on 115V electrical connection.
