The True TSSU-27-12M-B-ADA-HC LH is a 27 7/8" mega top ADA height refrigerated sandwich prep table with a left-hinged door, designed to enhance efficiency in your kitchen. Its mega top design allows you to accommodate more ingredient pans than standard models, providing increased productivity. The unit features an 8 7/8" deep, full-length removable polyethylene cutting board for ample prep space.
The refrigerated pan rail includes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans, all 4" deep, making it easy to organize your frequently used ingredients. Additionally, two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves in the refrigerated cabinet help you further organize your ingredients.
Built for durability, this prep table features a stainless steel exterior with a GalFan-coated steel back, offering extra corrosion resistance. The clear-coated aluminum interior pairs well with the stainless steel floor, which has coved corners for effortless cleaning.
Other notable features include a self-closing left-hinged door with a 90-degree stay-open feature, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for optimal temperature retention, and a robust 1/5 hp compressor that circulates eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3.
The unit is mounted on (4) 3" casters, ensuring an ADA-Compliant overall work surface height of 34". It operates on a 115V electrical connection.
