The True TSSU-27-08-ADA-HC prep table is designed for efficiency and easy maintenance. It features 3-inch castors for mobility, a removable polyethylene cutting board, and detachable lids and hood for convenient cleaning. The interior's coved corners prevent debris buildup. Two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves offer flexibility for storage.
This unit comes with 8 sixth-size food pans for ingredient storage. It maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-contained capillary tube system. The stainless steel exterior and clear-coated aluminum interior lining ensure durability. The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds during compressor startup to keep the condensing coil clean, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
