The True TPP-AT-67D-4-HC pizza prep table employs forced-air cooling, making it ideal for storing light items like vegetables. It features a top compartment with nine pans for ingredient storage. This unit also has a self-cleaning feature that activates for 20 seconds when the compressor starts, blowing dirt off the condensing coil to ensure efficient and energy-saving operation.
Its four stainless steel drawers come with 12-inch-long recessed handles, removable magnetic gaskets, drawer slides, and rollers for easy cleaning and maintenance. The drawers can each hold two full-size food pans, allowing quick replacement of ingredients from the top section. The front discharge design allows for flexible placement without the need for side or rear ventilation.
