The 19 1/2-inch deep cutting board offers ample workspace and is easily removable for cleaning. Six drawers provide flexible storage for backup ingredients, and they're user-friendly with removable components and recessed handles.
This commercial-grade unit features a stainless steel exterior, clear-coated aluminum interior with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and a 3/4 hp refrigeration system that maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. The unit is equipped with (8) 5-inch stem casters for mobility and comes with two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves.
