Description
Description
The True TMC-34-S-DS-HC milk cooler offers accessibility with four doors, including two that drop down and two that flip up. Its stainless steel exterior ensures durability and easy cleaning.
Inside, the reinforced stainless steel floor and polyurethane insulation provide strength and temperature control. The black powder-coated steel frame resists corrosion.
Using forced-air refrigeration, it keeps milk safely between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with an external digital readout for temperature monitoring. The self-lubricating evaporator fan reduces maintenance. For service, the condenser slides out from the back.
The condensing fan motor enhances energy efficiency by directing air opposite to the condensing coil for 20 seconds when the compressor starts. However, regular preventive maintenance remains crucial for coil performance over time.
