The True TH-23 heated holding cabinet is designed to keep cooked and baked food warm, not for heating cold or ambient products. Its robust construction includes a stainless steel front, aluminum ends, and a GalFan-coated steel back, all of which resist corrosion and dents. The interior boasts stainless steel lining, while polyurethane insulation in the walls ensures structural integrity.
This cabinet is easily movable thanks to 4-inch-diameter castors. It maintains temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit efficiently, courtesy of a stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans that evenly distribute warm air. An external digital thermometer accurately displays the temperature.
The interior is well-lit for visibility, and the stainless steel door, featuring a recessed 12-inch-long handle, saves aisle space. The door closes automatically, preserving warm air, and a removable magnetic gasket ensures a tight seal without the need for tools. You can control humidity with an adjustable top vent, and a water pan is included for dishes that require extra moisture.
