The True TFP-72-30M prep table with a refrigerated base offers three storage sections in its base, featuring stainless steel exterior doors lined with aluminum to resist corrosion. These doors have 12-inch recessed handles and magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air leaks. Inside, six adjustable PVC-coated shelves provide ample storage and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
The top section includes 30 sixth-size pans, protected by two foam-insulated lids to maintain cold temperatures and food safety. An 8-inch-wide, 1⁄2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit for food prep. The True TFP-72-30M uses a guided system to ensure consistent cooling in both the top and base compartments, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
