The True TFP-64-24M-FGLID prep table features 24 sixth-size pans in its top compartment, perfect for salad and sandwich ingredients. It comes with an integrated 8-inch-deep cutting board and a flat glass lid to keep contents fresh. The unit includes four adjustable shelves in the cabinet base, and two stainless steel doors with 12-inch handles. Constructed with aluminum and stainless steel, it offers excellent insulation and temperature control, maintaining a range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit is accessible from the back for easy maintenance, and it moves on four castors, with a locking front set for stability.
