The True TFP-64-24M-D-2 food prep table is a versatile two-section unit with one door and two drawers in the base. Its exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back for added protection. The unit's door and drawers are designed for easy access with 12-inch-long recessed handles and one-piece magnetic gaskets that can be removed for cleaning. Each drawer is capable of holding two full-size pans, providing ample storage space. The unit is equipped with 2.5-inch-diameter castors for easy mobility and cleaning access.
The interior of the True TFP-64-24M-D-2 prep table features a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners, making it easy to clean and maintain. Two PVC-coated shelves are included and can be adjusted in height or removed as needed. This prep table also comes with 24 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans and an 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board. The refrigeration system ensures that the internal temperature remains between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping your ingredients fresh and safe for preparation.
