The True TCGG-36-S-LD refrigerated deli case is equipped with a high-humidity, gravity-coil refrigeration system, ensuring the freshness of meats, cheeses, and deli products. Its self-contained capillary tube system effectively controls the flow of R134A refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling within the case. An automatic defrost cycle, initiated and terminated based on time intervals, helps prevent frost buildup. The cabinet is well-insulated with polyurethane foam, providing both structural integrity and temperature retention.
For customer visibility, the deli case features a curved, double-pane tempered front glass. The interior is brightly lit with LED lights to enhance product visibility, and it includes two heavy-duty, adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for flexible product presentation. The self-closing doors with 12-inch handles streamline the loading and unloading process. The True TCGG-36-S-LD refrigerated deli case is designed for operation in environments with humidity not exceeding 55 percent relative humidity and temperatures not exceeding 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
