The True T-72F-HC reach-in freezer offers precise temperature control, ease of maintenance, and energy efficiency. Its interior is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting, reducing heat generation and replacement costs. The unit includes nine adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for efficient ingredient organization.
A 3/4 hp bottom-mounted compressor enhances efficiency and accessibility while also raising the bottom shelf for ease of use. An exterior temperature display eliminates the need to open the doors to check temperatures. The solid doors self-close and feature magnetic gaskets for a secure seal. The unit's construction includes stainless steel solid doors, anodized aluminum ends, and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
The clear coated aluminum-lined interior with a stainless steel floor is easy to clean, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength while reducing energy loss. The unit comes with (6) 4" stem casters for maneuverability during cleaning and features a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, known for its low environmental impact. It maintains a cabinet temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit and operates on a 115V electrical connection.
