Its stainless steel and anodized aluminum exterior ensures longevity, while the stainless steel interior floor with coved corners simplifies cleaning. The unit's foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation aids in temperature retention and stability.
Featuring two double-pane thermal glass doors with standard locks, it offers both visibility and security. LED interior lighting illuminates six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, accommodating various product sizes. Quick temperature recovery is achieved through efficient airflow created by the evaporator fan motor and blades, with temperature settings ranging from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds upon compressor start-up, reducing dirt and dust accumulation on the condensing coil. While this feature aids daily operation and enhances efficiency, regular maintenance remains essential. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system, situated in a cooler area of the kitchen, is ideal for hot kitchen environments or when installed near heat-producing equipment.
